This is at the heart of Vox Animalis e.V., an animal welfare organization supported by Tamara Beck, (MyRBQM Academy Operations Manager at Cyntegrity). Tamara is actively involved in the organization and its ongoing work, helping to rescue homeless cats and dogs from Croatia and Bosnia and find them forever homes.
By working alongside the shelter team, they helped with practical tasks and contributed their time directly to the care of the animals.
As part of this commitment, Tamara traveled to Croatia, where a shelter supported by Vox Animalis is located. During the trip, her Cyntegrity colleagues Sven Čohadžić, (Project Manager), and Mate Nikic, (Growth Marketing Operations Manager), joined her for one day of volunteer work at the shelter.
For Tamara, this work goes far beyond a single visit. As an active member of Vox Animalis e.V., she is closely involved in the organization and its mission every day after her work for Cyntegrity. The Croatia trip was part of this broader commitment and provided another opportunity to contribute directly to the shelter’s everyday work.
This reflects the idea behind Cyntegrity’s Butterfly Challenge: even small actions can create a wider positive impact. The additional support from her colleagues during the visit showed how giving just a little time and practical help can contribute to an ongoing effort and make a meaningful difference.
