Be Efficient By Nature

Cyntegrity (origin: clinical + integrity), an innovative company inspired by efficiency, provides a specialized software tool for the risk-based monitoring (RBM).

Our mission is to help a pharmaceutical company to stay GCP compliant, improve patient safety, make a clinical study more predictable, and optimise monitoring resources. In other words: prevent surprises.

We offer trial management tools that are more predictive than retrospective. They integrate the knowledge from previous trials with contextual, real-world data.

Risked-based Monitoring Tool

Our RBM.Cloud builds up a “nervous system” of a clinical trial. It guarantees early risk identification by providing a centralized location where risk data are saved, managed, monitored, and reported.

Adaptive Monitoring: The First Implementation Steps in Real-Life

February 13, 2018|0 Comments

It is widely broadcasted that pharma companies will have to accelerate adoption of adaptive clinical trial designs to reduce study timelines and costs while increasing success rates. Risk-based Monitoring “Real RBM” integrates the Adaptive Monitoring (AM) process, which addresses all aspects of Quality Risk Management.

Fake news, fake likes, fake quotes: who or what can I trust these days?

There is a rapidly growing amount of information to process in clinical research. You could argue whether it adds value viewing and verifying the reliability of each single data point. Dirty data and frauds have always existed but can eventually be marginalised by responsive people and processes.

Lean Six Sigma, a different term for the same concept

Believe it or not, it was Guinness’ biochemist Gosset who developed the first Six Sigma statistical test in the early 1900s. The Guinness brewery was far ahead of its time by hiring statisticians, chemists and other scientists to improve the quality of its beer.

100% SDV...seriously, who DOES this? Start 2018 with an easier way to manage your clinical risks.

Cyntegrity’s RBM Platform “EarlyBird” offers a variety of useful components to support Risk Based Monitoring. I’m looking forward to the first Implementation in one of our next studies.
Steffen Koenig, President at DGGF e.V. (German Society for Good Research Practice), General Manager at IST GmbH
Cyntegrity’s @RACT is not just a cloud-based version of RACT. It is a comprehensive system that follows a solid risk management process. @RACT reinforces that process with in-depth analysis tools to support real-time decision making at both the study and enterprise levels.
Keith Morgenstern, Director Metrics Programs Metrics Champion Consortium
Great that Cyntegrity offers a tool that operationlizes the TransCelerate RACT tool; even better that this enables through a common platform the sharing of risk assessments what will be key to quality risk management as we should learn from IATA!

I think you developed already a great tool, at least from the look and feel point of view. I have no idea how cumbersome the implementation is, how much programming is required etc. I can also imagine that coming to an agreement on what is a risk and the definition for it probably takes most of the time.
